The dilemma:

Buy an east coast M1009 and save on shipping, spend the money instead on fixing all the body rot...
Buy a west coast M1009 and spend $1500 or so on shipping, but the body is still all there...

I just sold off my M1009 a couple months ago. The body was still 100%
