It definatly would an investment, but I am moving to corpus Christi Texas... and have to fix up my family farm house that is 99 years old his at and has been vacant for 15 years... the barn fell down a couple of years ago so I will have to build a new bar before I could store it inside. My wife is a teacher and I am a part-time youth pastor. Income doesn't allow it to truly become an investment. It will be at least a year or two before I can build the barn. Sitting out in that climate on the ground for a year or two will destroy it. And hurricanes could the large wrench in there.

Yeah, family is my first ministry... I can't put them out to pick up another hobby. Someone on here is getting in contact with the seller, hopefully we will see a build thread pop up on here soon and see it restored!
