I might take my Jeep TJ in tow so we can park the 109 and setup a canvas awning and remain mobile. I know know...its not a real military Jeep, but you'll be able to see the family resemblance!

Frack. The 601 is not going to make it. Yesterday, as we was getting her ready to load onto a trailer, I discovered that the hydraulic master cylinder under the clutch pedal has failed. Yanked it and had it soaking in penetrating oil overnight. I spent part of today trying to get it disassembled to see what it would take to repair it, but it's time to cut my losses and get the deuce prepped. Probably couldn't find any replacement parts this quickly anyway. Might be too late to get the M43 down there as well, but still a chance.

I was poking around and found what looks to be a nice park and beach 2.5 miles up the road called Lake Horace/Chase Park ?
Intel ??? Is it MV parking friendly for a quick cool off ? Looked to be 5$ for non resident day pass.
My Redneck M105a2 conversion just about done. Had to drop the jack shaft on the 5 ton because someone clocked the zirc fittings wrong so there was no way to grease it. That one almost got me a trip to the ER. Got a 1 inch gash in my head but I was determined to be ready so I stuffed gauze under my welding cap and kept going. Gonna load up tonight. This is the big one around here folks.

Yes please post pics and updates!
Looks like I'll be arriving Saturday Morning and staying until Sunday. Other than the big truck ride, what other events are scheduled for Saturday?
Been driving the truck everywhere the last couple days and shes running like a dream!

Lots of vehicles there today, 50% of vendors in and selling, I sold quite a few items today, tomorrow should be very busy.

Definitely one of the busier years! I was there at noon today and camping looked full, day parking on the field was full, and the MV display area and vendors booths are roughly 70%. Pretty busy for mid Friday.

This is my first visit. Left with more than enough parts for my m151. I'll stop back tomorrow morning for the rest of what I can come up with. Great event! I'll be back next year hopefully with my Mutt. Thanks to all who put this together.

A strata-blue USAF M37 rolled in this afternoon. Woohoo!

Lots of MVPA and MVMVC shirts/hats/patches walking around. Why no SS?

RangerBob is loitering around B10....when not leering at the blue metal.
