Great deal! If I can give you one advise it would be to save all the parts, switches, knobs, weird stuff in the bed, tool box or on the cab floor etc, and I mean all because one day when you figure it all out it's the little things that will slow you down.
The heater control on the left side of the steering wheel, may have a fuel burning heater attached and should be mounted in the engine compartment driver's side. Save all the parts and good luck!

Heck, you can't beat $400 for a non-rolling deuce! Even if it wasn't getting restored, lots of good parts on that rig, make it well worth 4 Benjys.
