When boondocking just pour it into a steel kettle on a fire and cook to 400 degrees? to kill everything. It is now inert and can be dumped anywhere. better yet a toilet with urine collection separate. Boil that off to nothing and cook the dry to dust. Search incinerator toilets for more on this. Wonder if one could do this with exhaust and/or coolant heat while on the road?
