The overhaul tag just tells you it went through the rebuild process, and when.
The MWOs are Modification Work Orders, basically changes or upgrades that were done to it.
This thread has a list of the HMMWV MWOs in it if you really want to know

little round tag is a qr code, probably had to do with inventory tracking.

I got the
3 pt seat belt , power steering cooler, and parking brake rework. Very interesting. All during the overhaul.
