What are these on M1123 Tailgate?

I am going to be getting a 2004 1123, waiting on EUC, and it has a few of these on it. Front bumper, tail gate, and right and left fenders. Anyone know what these are?

When I picked up mine, the RFID tag was on the winch plate in front (mine didn't come with a tailgate)
