What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Switched out some very tired batteries. One bank lasted 6 years and one bank lasted 7. No complaints there. Whew, I'm getting old, I had to get a Soldier B to help lift them into the top bank. Took the NOCO about an hour to show all green. The 5 ton lit off, I'll bet, in a 1/4 turn. Now I get my good starts back when it's cold.

Where your batteries are look pretty easy to get to a lot better than under the passenger seat those are a real struggle to get in and out

I installed a new bracket I made to mount my heater cables, toggle switch, and circuit breaker. A new toggle switch data plate that didn't come with the heater kit completes the look.

After waiting nearly a year, my patience paid off. Scored a set of Grote LED turn signal assemblies new in the sealed package for $60 shipped. To @$%# with paying high prices on some of this stuff! Installed, and very happy

Well, getting ready for Rednecks with Paychecks @Saint Jo, TX on 13th of Sep.

Reconfigured and install troop seats for my dump. Going to install power inverter to drive lights for that brass pole and disco ball in the bed. We pimp'en this baby out! Champagne buckets on both sides... Love seat etc... $3500 bounty on that tug of war event.

Maybe a little bit. I'll probably haul around a bunch of dirty girls. I mean pretty girls... I think I have a pretty fair chance on winning the tug of war event. It all comes down to weight and tires on the pavement. Even the biggest trucks there will probably not be as heavy as I am. I don't know... I guess some of these guys could have water in their tractor tires, but they would be going to a lot of trouble to fill those up at the last minute. I don't really don't know how the competition will stack up.

Have you ever weighed your truck? Actually put it on a scale? Are you on 14.00’s or 16.00’s?

And , no ... you meant “dirty girls”. I’m familiar with Rednecks with Paychecks.

Lots of mud there. Sometimes they get a little dirty. :D

I wish you where closer, I have a stack of road plates, we could put in your bed.
