Can someone tell me what this is, and what it's doing leaking fuel onto my turbo? Is it a quick or easy fix or do I have to replace it? It looks to be leaking from the side facing the firewall, the one with a ring/spring clip. Thanks!

If you read your TM's, you would know that is the 'preheat flame heater'.

I bet the same TM's might give some indication as to why its leaking fuel :)
