what is the value of a 1031 maintenance truck ?

I have a m1031 with the pto type gen in back that I may have to sell and I'm trying to find out how much it is worth or where I should start my $ quest at. It has almost 20,000 miles on it , no rust to speak of but is in need of some TLC due to forklift dammage and 3-4 coats of carc paint (last 2 being sand).

I paid $5k for mine last summer, with a california title and a new drive shaft. Has the gen and compressor. no welder. appx 10,000 miles and everything is in full working order except the engine speed control. Still looking for a control box for that.

I think that truck is easily worth $5000, what with the 12kW generator and aluminum lightweight bed. I would not take one penny less for mine.
