ok i have soaped every thing down. and this regulator looking thing is hissing


1. What is it ? ..

2 Is there a screw that would go in the side of it ? " air is leaking from the 8th inch round hole

any other input welcome maybe i have this all wrong

yes,it activates the low air pressure warning buzzer. i put a screw in mine, some other guys have also. put some sealer on the threads too.

Most compressed air systems come with small bleed holes to discharge any condensate build up. If the water is not allowed out then corrosion soon causes things to stop working. Maybe it leaks by design.
