What is this thing? Cable in M923 Cab.

I'm sure it's obvious, but I thought now wood be a good time to ask what this curved tube with the cable is just inside the door on my M923? Not sure why image is tilted 90. Just fixed it but will not stay!

My first thought was the lanyard to drain the air tank from inside the cab but from the pic it doesn’t look like the cable exits the tube.
