What is this?

Does anyone know what this thing is bolted to the back of my new M1097A2?
It looks like some sort of radio or control rack but have no Idea exactly what.
Let me know if any of you have thoughts on it. Also is it of any use or value to any of you?
As of now, don't think I will have any need for it.

Yes. Radio mount on a fender mounting bracket.

Also newer style antenna mount tower. Sometimes there is a reinforcement plate underneath the fender for antenna tower. I would be interested in the tower and plate if you have no use.
