These are on a truck I'm looking at buying, but I'm not too familiar with the different wheel/tire options. I thought that to run singles on original wheels, the hubs had to be flipped, but that doesn't appear to be the case here. Is this a stock configuration? Ad state that they're 46" tall.

They look like Goodyear 14.00X20 MVT tires mounted on the stock 9.00X20 wheels. You can fit the 14.00X20 (46" tall) tires on the M35s if you lengthen the dog bones and slide the rear axle back slightly. Not the safest configuration, most people frown on running the wide 14.00X20 tires on the narrow stock wheel and also dislike lengthening the dogbones, but my first M35A2 came that way and it never gave me any problems.

Those are Goodyear MV/T 395's from FMTV trucks. Installed on stock rims using tubes. Not easy to seat the lock ring. Wheels are dish out and hubs do not need to be flipped.
