What type of trailer is it?

I am new the this trailer stuff. This trailer is near my home and has been their for a long time. I cannot read the name plate execpt for its a 3/4 ton. (Name plate is almost gone) This trailer looks like it has some years on it, but in good condition.

Questions:

What type is it?

Any idea of the year?

What used to pull it?

What are they going for? ($)
