What's in your tire? (Run Flat and Spacer)

I am editing this piece since RetiredWarHorses corrected me. This is the interior of a tire with an older run flat and spacer. (I can't' delete this or I would! LOL

It didn't split....that the early 2 piece rubber run flat.
the single piece RF didn't come out till the Rims with the centering hole.

There was evidence of shearing on the one side of the larger piece or I wouldn't have made the post. I didn't know there were two versions. The PN shows spacer so you are correct (as usual! LOL)
