It is the control valve for your windshield wiipers which is described in detail in the operator's manual for your truck. TM 9-2320-209-10 which you should be reading in bed every night until you are totally familiar with your unit.

I agree that it is a good idea to be totally familiar with your unit. Everyone's unit is different, and although you can learn a lot from inspecting other people's units, you can never truly know your own unit until you spend some quality time...........................with your unit.
