Gosh darn it! I just cut that hose out the other day because I figured it was a vent for a winch or something... Now I have to run a new hose. I'm such an idiot.

A beam cup mount is for older trucks...late style mount to 2 bolts in post pic.

Are you sure? The first pic you posted is where your cup was. See the hose with the spring clip on it? That attaches to the top of the cup.
Although, those look like older brakes in that pic.

That picture is from one of the turbos at work, I have a older 99 M1123 non turbo. There was definitely something mounted here and ripped off, missing paint behind and plastic still under the bolts
