Where does this go? (I hate it when I have parts left over)

I believe this came off when I pulled my RH fender, but maybe not. Front end is back together and I have this left over. There are no empty holes in the fender.
Anyone recognize this? Didn't find it in the TMs.

Found it: part #29 of the vertical exhaust "clean air" kit.

Outstanding! That helps to explain why I can't get my exhaust pipe to lay in correctly!
