Where is the hazard flasher switch?

I feel really dumb but where is the hazard flasher switch. I found the flasher relay for the turn signal and hazard.

Threads like this make me feel old. That little knob on the lower right hand part of the steering column. Push to engage, pull to disengage.

If you ever pull the switch, you will see why. Well, you have to pull the steering wheel, then pull the lock plate. You need special tools to do both.
