You have to fill out and submit an end user agreement. i have several buddies who have done it and it was minimally problematic. It took several weeks fpr everything to get done.

If buying from Gl either personelly inspect it or hire someone with knowledge of what your considering bidding on . Or you could end up with something like this ; So you want a cheap GL Deuce....
