I need a motor for mine now. I bypassed the heat card thing and have been using to pull stupid stuff. Tried to pull another semi out but didn't know it was way overloaded and I think I burnt up the motor. It did move my deuce, 5 ton and a dozer before doing so (with snatch blocks)

I'll jump in, I need 2) 18136 drum supports and 3) 18138 tie rod hmv.
All for the MIL 6000 D2S winch
Thanks
I have a milspec warn 6k with a burnt motor from my m1038. I replaced with a Sherpa 12k. Not sure if the parts you are looking for could be taken from my takeoff winch or if any interest for other spare parts. If so, pm me and I can give more details.

All a winch control need is three wires, one hot, one in and one out, all winch controllers I have ever seen have a SPDT momentary switch, so all winch controllers will work, how you plug it in is totally up to the user, you can use the flat type "trailer light" connector the somewhat common 4 pin round (even though only three are used), or some bad ass military "cannon" style connectors,
