where to get generator parts???

I am having my generator overhauled and they have no clue where to get rebuild/ repair parts from I need some help here?????

The local rebuilder only said they could get a new unit for 900.00 bucks, yea right! I am not exactly sure but I believe the regulator is not any good! Doghead I will be mailing you the c.d.'s in the morning!

What is the amperage of the Gen? Midwest Military has the 25A ones. (think they are like $80).

Ericks military surp, has the regulator(rear plate) listed for around $65. I think they are the same as a deuce.

You might try calling CME yourself. I have been told they sell parts and rebuilds and rebuild also.

I do not have the model # with me! It is a 60 amp generator off of a 1970 gama goat
