Couple of Pics of my PS install. It going slow, but getting there. A lot easier with the fender off.

Close up of the mod to the radiator shroud.

Need info on the three ports in the picture.

If I was guessing , I would say the top port is the pressure out to the steering box

The middle one is a relief port going back to the resivoir

The bottom one it the pump intake from the resivoir,

Let me know if I'm right , wrong or just out there !

That is probably the one mod I will really want to do when I get my Deuce in. I'm a fairly strong person, but from what I hear, steering the Deuce can be quite a workout.

Can you tell me what parts are needed to convert to PS? How common / easy to find are these parts?

TIA,

LC

Ok, so I'm 1 for 1 :)

Question ,

Can I tie the relief port coming from the pump to the discharge side of the PS box so that there is only one port needed on the resivoir ? that way there is only one line going back to the resivoir.

Just trying to minimize the number of holes in the resivoir.

You should be able to tie in the returns. Just make sure the line from the junction is large enough to handle both flows or you'll create a restriction. That can lead to PS system overheating and the relief valve not being able to do it's job properly.
