White bed cover

Any idea what the going price would be for a new white bed cover with stakes and bows?

I would guess about $400. Those covers are rare...but hardly anyone wants them. So, on the one hand they should be worth a lot since they are difficult to find, but on the other they are **** near worthless because no one wants them. Keep the latter in mind when you are negotiating. Good luck.
