I agree that the Pinz is a sweet vehicle.

Are you saying that the UAZ is slow; without much "pick-up" speed?

The loaf can't pass UAZ there where Pintsgauyer will pass. At UAZ differentials aren't locked.

i am in central mass and have a flawless california 712 with the service cab, ie awnings and spar heater, the ambulance box but made to be a service truck for antiaircraft gun canon svc.
everything aok new brake lines, new fuel pump. amazingly cheap parts....vw! .
drove it from san diego to mass in 5 days. ever since i need a hearing aid.
trailer is 101A2....matches well.

My buddy has one on the north shore and we use my M101A2 trailer now and then. Pinzgauers are great rides.
