Why can't I post pics ... Keeps telling me i don't have permission?

desktop or laptop? or...? well if desktop Clear cookies and temporary internet files.

Sign in (log in) If you "dont have permission" (or are not shown signed in) ignore that and navigate Anywhere (else)
ie todays posts (from the opening tms opening page)
you will (might!) be shown logged in now.

so from there navigate to forums again click required forum .new thread, try the upload routine again (good luck with that)

let us know your system and is it ok now.

My profile shows my picture but it doesn't show on any posts. I have selected "everyone" in profile settings. I use the ipad but i don't know how to load the pic from there so I loaded from the i phone

Profile pic is not the same as your avatar. You currently only have a profile pic uploaded.
