I work with a lovely Wench at the Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire. I wouldn't let her ride on the front bumper no way.

Photos of the bumper with the front hole cutout. There is a small piece underneath still joining the sides. I cut it out with an air cutoff wheel.



And again with the roller fairlead cover put on it.



It could have been dont somewhat more neatly, but you only get one try.
