I started reassembling my winch today and somehow lost the spring that sits behind the ball bearing detent of the lever. Does anyone know how long the spring is?

Sorry, no Sir..., actually needing some for my own restorations so this was a good opportunity for me to measure one OEM, to have some repros made locally. No big deal... possibly stainless.

Well, the sun was shinning brite in Texas today I was walking past my deuce and happend to looked down. Half burried in the dirt was the spring for my winch. What are the chances of that happening?
