Window Crank Handle for M915A1

I need one. I'd prefer two though.

I'm open to suggestions as well. They are splined with a lock ring. I tried Ebay and ever bought a set with no joy.

I think these are the same as 1970’s GM cars. Maybe the “HELP” section at the auto parts store has some. I have a broken one also.

Good tip so I went to Rock Auto. It looks like it might fit but the pic doesn't have a lot of detail to see if it splined.

I ordered a pair.

If you find one that works, make a post in the 5 ton forum. I couldn't find one when I needed one and ended up buying a spare door for it.

I had a broken one and I'm pretty sure I bought a Dorman replacement.

It uses the 70s GM Jesus clip.

I did order the Dorman from a '74 Impala. It has the clip and I measured the shaft and it is within .001 so maybe it will work.
I'll Post up when I try them.

Mine was the same as the window crank on my M1028A2. I think all the '60's 70's and 80's GM cranks are the same with the exception of the knobs being different depending on model.

Thank you to @NDT for giving me the tip for these handles. I got a Dorman 1974 Chevy Impala window crank and it fit like it was made for it.

Thanks to everyone I can now open and close the passenger window.
