Window keeps jumping the track-- HELP!!

I replaced the window weather stripping a while ago and ever since then the driver's side window will NEVER track right going up. It always wants to jump the track to the outside of the truck. Usually if you pull it inward when you're getting started it stays put, but every so often it jumps the track below the window line necessitating the removal of the door panel, pulling the strip, and realigning the whole thing. Needless to say this is an EXTREMELY annoying problem, and one I've been unable to fix. I've taken EXTREME care in realigning the track, and it still is doing the same thing. Anyone have any good ideas? I can't describe how frustrating this is!

Perhaps the tracks and or mounting arms are bent and need replacing?
