Wiper Problems

Anybody ever had wipers that work on low speed but not on fast?

my wipers don't squirt fluid. I looked under the hood and there is no tank! I guess i'm just gonna install one after i fix my other problems (alternater, and i broke the handle off my rear door)

Recently my wipers stopped working but would run on highspeed. After a while they would then work at low and intermittent. This was usually after a heavy rainfall. A friend of mine told me to pull the wiring connectors to wiper motor,clean terminals, spray some electrical cleaner on them. Seems to work.
