Wiring Harness

I got a NOS wiring harness with my M37 and pulled it out of the sealed box and it is in excellent condition but the more I looked at it something seems wrong. The one issue the distributor wire seems to be on the wrong side . The part number on the box is CC1269077. also had 7371055 on the box. Any help would be appreciated.

Early trucks had an ignition filter mounted on the passenger side firewall with a cable that went to the distributor from there.
