It just mixes in there with everyting else and gets used just like the standard old oil

You do know that synthetic Motor oil is still oil that comes out of the ground right? It just is filtered so that the smaller molecules are bottled. It is NOT man made oil. True Synthetic oil cost about 100 a quart and is mostly used in Jet turbine engines. Yes I have a couple quarts and its as thin as water.
