I'm really curious how the spacers turn out. Stripping the powder coating and CARC off wheels, re-centering them and coating them again is actually a pretty big project. It would be nice to just have the wheels be a bolt on, with no extra work needed. Can't wait to see how your M1008 turns out. There is also a guy out of Texas on eBay who is making custom steel spacers, but it would be about $700.

UPDATE... CAN SOMEONE VERIFY IF THE LINKS ARE WORKING OR NOT?
Thanks,
Peter
Peter - the first link does not work but the second does. Thanks.

I will be running standard HMMWV 12-bolt wheels, so I will need 2" spacers. The 12-bolts will simply bolt on. I am not a big fan of re-centered wheels or aluminum wheel spacers. I am spending my daughter's inheritance, therefore I can afford the extra cost of steel spacers versus aluminum. I will be updating my rebuild thread when I get this work started.

I just purchased 6 new BFG 37 x 12.5 x 16.5 BAJA T/A radials. I will post photos in my rebuild thread when I get these mounted.

Thanks everybody for your comments !
