So, why do they list, on GL, m1008 or CD-30903. They look the same. Is there a difference? Or is GL just trying to frustrate my searching?

Just making it hard for you.

The CD number is the GM Model Code designation. I used to have a list of them but can't find it right now. The "D" is for the military version.

CD10516 is the blazer. In the civvy world it would be CK10516

Each version of the truck will have its own designation.

C is 2wheeldrive
K is 4wheeldrive
D is 4wheeldrive for the military

Just type in 'Chevrolet' in the search box on GL and ALL CUCV's that are for sale will pop up. And a few that are not CUCV's too.
