5120-00-614-9032 is the old NSN for the punch. It might help if you told us what tool kit it comes from. That way, maybe someone has the listing with pictures. I have lots of that stuff, but haven't any idea what the NSN is.

The tool is from the M113 series tool kit, it' the punch for the tracks. I've attached a picture of the tool from the manual. I'm also looking for a military 4lb sledge hammer and mattock handle.
