I would like to install a working VRC 47 set in my M1009. I have the rear radio shelf. Would need both mounts radio/receiver any cables and the correct antenna to include base. I do have the antenna mount on the side of the vehicle. Thanks.

You will probably need to piece this together one item at a time from several sources. The AN/VRC-47 used a RT-524 transceiver and R-442 auxiliary radio. So, you will need two antennas. The antenna for the R-442 can be something like the AB-15/GR base and AT-1095 antenna whip or the MS-116A, MS-117A, and MS118A combination, or you could use the MK-1303/V. The antenna for the RT-524 ideally should be an AS-1729 system, but you could use an AS-3900. The mount for the RT-524 is the MT-1029, and the mount for the R-442 is the MT-1889. The sugar scoop antenna bracket (SC-D-189023) is a good option for the AS-1729. You can use a second sugar scoop with adapter SC-C-160410 for the AB-15/GR. There are other mounts for the AB-15/GR as well, such as the AB-243. You may want one or more LS-454/U loudspeakers. You may also want an MX-7778/GRC voltage suppressor. Both of those radio mounts also take an optional "sponson plate" or spacer. The SC-C-48735 is one such sponson plate for the MT-1029 (there may be others), and the SC-C-48736 is a sponson plate option for the MT-1889. Check out figure 4-7 of TM 11-5930-340-12 for a diagram how to hook up a VRC-47 with a VIC-1 intercom. Check out Figure 2-7 in TM 11-5820-401-10 for a diagram how to hook up the VRC-47. Check out SB 11-131 for a list of parts required to install the AN/VRV-47 in various vehicles. I hope that helps get you started. I've been putting together a AN/VRC-47 system for a couple of years and hope to soon install it in my M35A2C.
