Have this fitting on my fan shroud . I did look in the TM section but could not find it. Looked in the radiator section. Any idea what it goes to.-

Fan Clutch. Missing the quick disconnect fitting on the end of the hose. Well that's my guess anyway/

That is the bulkhead fitting and line that go from the cadillac valve on the area in front of the driver's station, to the fan clutch.
Older versions went direct to the fan clutch and were a royal pain to disconnect, which had to be done to change the V belts.
Newer versions have the quick disconnect at the fan clutch to make disconnecting much easier; which is typical fix a problem after it is no longer a problem, as the versions with quick disconnects also have serpentine belts that don't require it be disconnected for belt change.
The quick disconnect is a special one, though you can probably get your local hydraulic shop to order one in if you can't find any in stock with the usual vendors.
Or you can replace both pieces of it with a standard hydraulic disconnect that any hydraulic shop will have on the shelf. I did this route because mine was leaking and I didn't want to spend the time or money compared to using a standard one.

2002 M1097A2 4 speed first 3 digits to the vin are 203 The shroud is out of another HMMWV

The hose in the picture appears to be for a non-QD type fan clutch, so you might either need to buy an adapter from the tapered seal to a pipe thread in order to install a QD fitting on it, or buy the correct hose with correct fittings.
The diagram a couple posts above shows a hose with threads on the end for the QD fitting, so that is why I think it's different.
If you buy a QD fitting, take the hose and the fitting in to your local hydraulics shop and they can probably make the hose you need with correct ends, or maybe they have the adapter you would need. More reliable to use a hydraulics shop than to try ordering online if going that route.

You also may be able to remove the QD from the fan clutch and screw the hose directly into the brass adapter.
If it were me I would try and install it without the QD if possible as stated before the QD was fitted to make it easier to remove the hose to change the fan belts when they were V belts, (but evidently came late as most are installed on trucks with serpentine belts) you do not have to remove the the hose to change the serpentine belt and the QDs have a history of leaking.
And it is not that much harder to deal with it without the QD.
