Was junkyarding yesterday in rural Virginia and came across this Unknown Soldier. I have no idea what it is. Had a pickup type bed on the back (looked original to the vehicle and not a later mod). Had a flathead 4-cylinder (head was long-gone). Axles are buried in the dirt but it appears the outer parts are missing. The rest (transfer case, trans, etc) couldn't tell. Can't tell you much more as the sticker bushes were pretty thick and I hate to admit it, but I wasn't there scouting for MV stuff anyway and had to keep moving).

Send me a PM if you're seriously interested in rescuing this early piece and I tell you where it is (If you tell me *what* it is). It'll cost you beer someday ;)
