Think of all the people(members) that you have shared your vehicle with.

Without the forum, none of us would have had the opportunity to share in your truck's restoration.

I was actually treated to a chance to drive it, which I throughly enjoyed and appreciate.

I'm glad I could help. It's not that often I get to meet up with any of my ss brothers (or sisters).

Glad to help - now we need to get you a Pershing missile trailer built up!
Now that I'd like to see at a SS rally.

And gee doghead you look nothing like your avatar pic's:-?

Bjorn, I'm glad you started this thread. This is the exact reason we need to get you (with or without M757) to the GA Rally. You have blessed many of us with your knowledge and help over the years and we would love to have you at the GA Rally. I wish I had a lowboy, I would go fetch your 757 but mostly we would like you to attend. Twice you have driven all the way to S Fla to visit me. Worked most of the time you were there. I know I speak for many folks when I say lots of members would like to shake your hand. Thanks for the years of friendship Bjorn.

Thanks Kenny for those heartwarming words.
I'll be taking a serious look at my tire situation this Summer so we'll see. The difference in diameter between the biggest and the smallest is about 3 inches, pretty bad for the "same size" tires. They are all military 16-20 (405/70-20 commercial).
If I can at least find 8 of them that are the same size, I'll be good to go. Currently on the truck are 3ea Goodyear (the best), 5ea BF Goodrich, of which 2 ea are retreads. The spare is a BF Goodrich retread also. They are all about 30 years old, tubeless, NDCC bias ply.

Sure looks smaller. Just thinking, can you suspend one axle like you did on your recovery.
