Zipper -vs- 1pc Knuckle Boot

I am needing to replace a knuckle boot. The 1-piece in silicone seems like it will last longer in theory. The zipper style boot is less labor intensive when compared to the 1-piece, is there any advantages or disadvantages to the 1-piece design?

If you have never been in your axles, use the one piece boot.

I agree, this is very sound advice. You would be wise to follow it.

Deuce axle boots = PITA.
