The knucklehead that had the truck before me plumbed the return line back into the air line. Since the copper line is cut near the t-case, diesel fuel filled up in the empty lines and started dripping out of the hose at the windshield wiper.

there is a M62 wrecker up by me for sale. The truck is a Gasser, but looks complete. What is a fair price for one of these. I was thinking around $3000.

$3000 is probably just under scrap prices in most places. Other than being quite thirsty, gassers are very hearty.

A 5t 6602 gasser has more power then a mack or multi, and sucks a lot more gas, now with this said, my 52 m52 gasser got 6 mpg or better down the free way, in town, maybe 4

There seems a few Adverts cropping up on the site..as (when) you follow a thread description or addendum there is a Utube link. Now one would think that the utube link would be "comment related"..But..No..unless Im missing a trick, they are (Some) solid commercial unrelated adverts. (which..i most certainly dont/didnt want to view) ..click click go away..just my 1/2 penne'th

That's not from our site, but rather from youtube embeding an advertisement into the video. I have all of my videos setup for google adsense. I get a couple hundred bucks a year for it. Youtube had to find a way to be profitable, that's how they're doing it.

It depends on what shape like rust, the tires, electrical wires, if it looked like
the one I have under my name I paid $2,500 for it and didn't take much to have her up and working.

It almost look like the wrecker was to much for the trailor length wise but glad to see guys
saved her from her grave and on the move.

Made it home. Most of the wrecker is in the yard. But a good portion is stretched out along 130 miles of SC roads...

Brandon and I are beat, so we are turning in. Video of her driving herself on the trailer and more pics will be posted tomorrow, as well as the offload pics and vids. (she will stay on the trailer tonight, we moved the ramps on and off 8 times today...)

Big thanks to EMD567 and AMGENERAL (John and Brandon) for helping me recover the lost cause wrecker.

I'm going to need a WEEKLY tetanus shot with this in the yard.
