What did I stumble on, Deuce or 5-Ton??

I was literally driving down the road and saw several old MV's sitting around. So what do you make of this thing? I'm not sure what it is yet, But I LIKE IT!!

Thanks, It took a couple phone calls and a few hours of waiting to get permission to walk the property this is on. I'd like to learn as much as I can about it before I request another visit.....With cash in hand. So what model? M-51? Is a gasser a bad thing? Anyway of knowing who made it? or a year from the photo's?

Could be 1950's to early 1960's, could be International or Diamond T. Gets about 4 mpg maybe. That is as nice a condition as you can find.

Besides the dump what other old MVs were SITTING around

It's probably a gasser since I do not see the air filter housing on the right front fender nor the exhaust stack through the mirror bracket on the right.

WRONG on ALL 817 accounts
NO air cleaner on left fender let alone mount holes
GOT the OLD round fender mount marker/black out lights
NO exhaust stack
NO extended nose

Yeah it's a M51. Lack of the external air cleaner means it's probably a M51 and not an A1 or A2. Way older than a M817. Actually not even the right front end for a 817.

If a GASSER which it looks like, it would be to early to be a JEEP (either Kaiser Jeep or AMG/ Kaiser Jeep)

Hood, short nose, and flat grill also are an indicator of an older M-39 series truck.

@ "73m819" You seem to know your trucks, Thanks. And as for what else was there. Mostly pretty old stuff. I'm guessing by the big round headlights on the fenders.... CCKW ??? and a few trailers. I'm adding a couple photo's for you guys. Please feel free to advise me on these too.!! I have several photo's but I'll surely get grief for putting them all in the wrong thread/forum so I won't post them all here.
One more question... If it is a Gasser, does it make it worth more or less? and should I steer clear of it? I guess thats probably like asking what's better...Chevy, Ford, or Dodge...
