The M1031 with 5" lift, 12-bolt H1's and no spacers build!

I took the bed off one last time to install a gooseneck hitch. It's a bolt-in hitch but I also welded it in as well. I put in a new filler neck setup as well. I'll take some pics of the finished product tomorrow.

Where did you get and for how much the new filler neck setup?

I had to convert to the civilian version as I couldn't find the correct hose for the CUCV. I bought it at LMC truck . . . http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cc/full.aspx?Page=132 . Best I remember it was around $100. I went to a junkyard today and found the "Housing - Filler Pipe" and that finished up the install.

I flexed out the front suspension today and the CV is binding at full droop. I think a little grinding will solve the problem though.

I finished fabricating the bracket where the cooler and reservoir are going to mount. It attaches to the fender liner and supports the reservoir in two places. I primed it today but will take some additional pics of the bottom before I permanantly install it.

It's plumbed and everything is working. I spent some time fine tuning the steering and adjusting the drag link. Hopefully tomorrow I'm going to get the ram installed.
