The tail lights are independantly wired - two harness's.

The vertical tube will be bolted in place (2 bolts grade 8) and a very small tack weld top and bottom for security.

Are you welding the spare hanger under the frame?

Looks good!

Are the tandem tail lights 12 and 24 volt separate?
Harleyhouse you have set the standard on trailer rebuilds!! We are honored by your presence :)

We hope you like the final product, we have some surprises in store

There is a top weld to the square tube as well as a single grade 8 bolt. I borrowed and elephant from the Ringling Bros Circus to test it - Elephant has now been sent back with a hernia.

There is that speed of light movement again - components swapped bays tonight so I can get on to blasting the tub. Do not blink.Photo3237.jpgPhoto3238.jpgPhoto3239.jpgPhoto3240.jpgPhoto3241.jpgPhoto3242.jpgPhoto3243.jpgPhoto3244.jpg

I noticed that photos of the underside of the chassis are noticeably absent. I guess you have been devoting all your time to the trailer mount. Either way, the work is up to your usual standard.

Recovery and Warthog - nice builds and thanks for the pic's.

I tried to use product I had already - besides knowing RON the destructor will have his paws on this I had to make it as "tree impact resistant" as possible. All the stuff used so far has been left over product and or piece's parts from previous stuff. You could say I have some cost into the parts - but to me its been just scrap stuff left to make it work.

Will get onto blasting the box tonight and into tomorrow - Swiss is bringing the paints he has Saturday sometime o thirty.
