Yes that's what I was referring to, I saw the the truck online and was just wondering what that piece of metal is because there is no mention of it in the description.I think you are referring to the angled piece of metal in picture 4? I think that's the spare tire carrier.

Your passenger side mirror may need some adjustment. On second thought I wouldn't buy the truck now.
