For now I'll mark in pencil: Zener diode 24V, ... Watt? 1.3Watt, 5Watt, or will this kill my Controller Card ?

Have you had time to check the specifications of that last diode wired into the negative side of the glow lug controller PCB?

Just curious- should I ever run into this problem- what are the specs on the GP card? Part#, vendors, approx. price, etc. ?
(My plan for my new M1009 is to keep a stash of spare parts so I'm not scrambling if/when something happens to my ride. )
