Being that I had rebuild kits for the wheel valves and now have confirmed the part number fits our valves, a cheaper alternative to buying new valves

RR center Philips head, spring and rubber disc, clean up parts with wire brush install new parts, and now I have spares

Possible source 17$

In reference to previous post on batteries. What's the opinion on NOCO battery chargers.

I purchased the
NOCO GENIUS10, 10A Fully-Automatic Smart Charger, 6V and 12V Portable.

AmAz-on Link to the G 10

I wanted too go with 12/24 but couldn't bring myself to spend the 500

And while on this subject, need a little help from the electrical wizards, I want to tie my asset batteries into my solar charge system, to charge and maintain both my house and asset batteries during long term storage, what's the best way to tie them in and still separate them from house batteries for starting and separate asset batteries from house during boondocking

I bought the noco g7200 for 90 something bucks couple years back and love it 12/24 plus repair mode for AGM which is a great big help with these hawker batteries and you can leave in under the battery box hooked up and just run an ext chord to ever once in a while if your not useing the truck much

You get the rubber disc, spring and Philips head screw

4 bolts, stick in the bolt bin

After you clean up all parts of the valve you should only need the diaphragm.

There is a person on ebay that sell the same rubber diaphragm for $14.99 (and less if you buy more then one) and with free shipping.

Thats even better, you got a link
Here's a link. You know, as soon as this goes on there may be a run on them. It's like when I purchased some from another website. After I purchased a few, I went back and they were out of stock. When they came back into stock they went up from $9.99 each to $14.99 each and still had the killer S&H.

If you need any, get them while you can, along with a few extras, I did.

Now the listing doesn't mention FMTV CTIS wheel valves. However, I can confirm 100% they are the exact diaphragm and fit the FMTV valves as I have used a couple in the valves, and it has the same product or model number.

Anyone have an idea how to do this, i need some expert electrical wizards help''''

In storage on solar, would like to use solar to charge asset/house batteries, when starting, i would want to disconnect my house batteries/solar from starting batteries, and when I am boondocking, disconnect my starting batteries from house system.

Maybe I am over thinking this, however, dont want to let the smoke out of the magic box

Hmm. Have you considered a battery isolator? That's what I'd done in the past to do what I *think* you're trying to do. Bonus in that situation: you can jump yourself if your starters ever get low and you have anything left in the house batteries.

I have one of these between house batteries and truck batteries and between house batt and inverter and the red key take out on my 12v in the habitat to kill all 12v to all 12v outlets/lights/stereo system and between inbound power from solar to house battshttps://www.google.com/aclk?sa=l&ai...=2ahUKEwiQyIqx-aH6AhUnGVkFHeP4AWAQvhd6BAgBEFQ

Isolate everything so when anything does stop working its so easy to cut that piece out of the loop and to pinpoint whats not working !

Redundancy is king on mine solar charges house batts /truck 12v batt if switched on ! And solar auto kicks out if sences another higher power source coming in then goes back to charging house when the truck cuts off .

Truck running charges truck batts/house batts !

Generator running charges house/truck batts!

Inverter running charges house/truck batts !

Shore power charges house/truck batts !

Holy, what a great AGM reconditioner charger, disulfate..in 2 days, it took 2 flat odyssey 2250's and brought them back to life.. going to run it through repair after I restart the 3rd..Wow, standard chargers would not touch them...

I plan to pick up another one of these units

I am amazed
