For beginners,

I would check R2 and S5 and R31

A11 CT 4,5,6 R2 AC Circuit Complete.jpg

The next question would be:

Was this Generator converted to Single Phase (@sewerzuk) ?

If so, make sure you adjust R2 Voltage Adjust Rheostat to 208 VAC across the two phases ( L1 and L3) and not 240 VAC or higher!

The A11, repaired or original, was designed for 208 VAC

When you adjust to 240 VAC then J13 M and L are too high. T2 Primary connects here and 240 on primary will put out 138 VAC on secondary.

Further, CT4 CT5 and CT6 are going to be in a imbalanced state after swerzuk's conversion.

All three CT's are connected to a Three Phase Transformer T1 and directly to CR 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, which form the Boost Circuit with Q5 and VR3 on the Voltage Regulator Board inside the A11
